CUSTOMER CARE

Thank you for choosing our jewellery! We want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, so here’s everything you need to know about shipping, packaging, and costs:

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer fast and reliable shipping within New Zealand and internationally.

  • Domestic orders are shipped via NZ Post and usually arrive within 1-3 business days.

  • International orders are shipped with CourierPost and can take anywhere from 5 to 14 business days, depending on the destination.

 

Shipping Costs:

  • New Zealand: Shipping is free for all orders over $150! For orders under $50, there’s a flat rate of $7 for shipping.

  • International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We aim to keep these costs as affordable as possible.

 

Packaging:

  • Your jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged in a lovely gift box, making it perfect for gifting or treating yourself.

  • We use eco-friendly materials wherever possible, so you can feel good about your purchase.

 

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you’ve changed your mind or are dissatisfied with your jewellery, we’ve got you covered with an easy and hassle-free refund and exchange process.

Changing Your Mind / Returning a Product:

  • If you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order.

  • To return an item, it must be in unused, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags still attached.

  • Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or custom-made pieces.

 

Exchanges:

  • If you’d like to exchange your jewellery for a different style or size, we’ll happily assist with this within the 14-day period.

  • The item you’re exchanging must be in the same condition as when it was sent to you.

  • You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges.

 

Refunds:

  • Once we’ve received the returned product and verified its condition, we’ll issue a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing usually takes 3-5 business days from the moment we approve the return.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact us at remiartistry@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.

  2. We’ll send you detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return address.

  3. Once we receive the item back, we’ll take care of the rest!

 

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you’ve received a product that’s damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
